Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zombies Warriors. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund and return policy. Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
2. Deadline: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or return.
3. Process: To request a refund or return, please email us at support@zombieswarriors.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Shipping: If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping. If you are returning an item because of a personal preference, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
5. Refund: Once we receive the item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Exclusions: There are some items that are not eligible for a refund or return. These include:
• Items that have been used or damaged after receiving them.
• Items that are not in their original packaging.
• Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
